WHAT I DO & WHAT I EXPECT

 

I believe that my clients need to enjoy their sessions in order to motivate them to keep on achieving their goals.

I strive to keep their sessions with me interesting as well as challenging enough for them to see that they are getting the results that they are aiming for.

 

I offer a wide range of knowledge relating to both cardiovascular and resistance exercises.

I also offer my clients clear guidance on nutritional advice relating to both weight loss and weight gain.

 

I train my clients from the Personal Training Studio in Lady Bee Marina Southwick and from Rip Tide gym on Brighton Beach Front.

 

All that I ask of my clients when we commence our training sessions is that they tap into their will power and ensure they bring this along with them every time.

 

That way, we can work together 110% to ensure they get the results that they deserve
