Being a good Personal Trainer requires a broad cross section of skills, passion for health & fitness, but most importantly a genuine concern for your clients health and well-being.

I have a wealth of exercise experience & have been training since 1985
I train 3 times a week and always try a new exercise myself in order to identify any safety issues and teaching points before asking my clients to attempt it.
