If you are planning to embark on a career with The Royal Marines, you have come to the right place.
We will prepare you for your fitness test, which you should pass with flying colours.
You current physical condition and fitness levels will determine how long it will take you to acquire the correct level of fitness to pass the test.
One of the most common reasons that applicants to The Royal Marines do not make the grade is generally due to failing the fitness test.
The recruit training is fairly challenging and the fitter you are when you start the easier the training will be.
All new recruits will need to pass a Fitness Test for either the Potential Royal Marines Course (PRMC) or the Potential Officers Course (POC).
The entry fitness test is varied and challenging. Although we will be able to train you to pass the fitness test, we will not be able to simulate all of the exercises required to pass, for example the assault course.
