BOXERCISE

 

Boxing is one of the most challenging sports. The fitness levels required to compete as a boxer are second to none.

 

Boxercise is essentially a combination of boxing moves and aerobics to make the workouts less intense, more enjoyable and diverse.

To teach Boxercise, you need to be a registered Boxercise Instructor.
